3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
4. How do I request a return?

5. Which items are non-returnable?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Personal care items
- Opened or used pillowcases
- Sale or promotional items

6. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund is issued.
7. What if my order arrives damaged?

8. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is processed, it may still qualify for a return.
10. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically range between 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
